Dr. Raman Koirala

“Being a doctor, I go to work and do house chores like any other day so lockdown has not affected me in that sense. That said, my opinion is that during this lockdown, it is a very good time for people to concentrate on themselves. Many a times, people focus on the outside world, we can use this time to focus on our inner world – think about what makes us happy, and use it as a wonderful opportunity to foster self-happiness, spend time with family, learning a new activity, and digitally detoxing by setting a screen time limit. And try having conversations other than the topic of Covid – 19, as this can pile up negative energy within us and our family. This is the best time for senior citizens, because the grand kids and other members of family are home.” -Dr. Raman Koirala
